Spain’s participation in Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan, represents a unique opportunity to showcase the innovation, creativity and sustainability that characterise our country to the world. With the slogan ‘The Kuroshio Current’, the Spanish pavilion seeks to connect with visitors through an immersive experience that celebrates the relationship between Spain and the sea.
The Pavilion and Spain’s activities at Expo Osaka 2025 are organised by Acción Cultural Española (AC/E), the public entity responsible for managing Spain’s presence at Universal and International Expositions. The architecture and design studios Néstor Montenegro, Enorme Studio and Smart and Green Design are responsible for designing the Spanish Pavilion at Expo Osaka 2025 after winning the public competition organised by AC/E in 2023.
